ABOUT THE FOUNDER

CPM Marine Founder and Managing Director, Paul Morgan, brings over 40 years of marine engineering experience to his role. Starting his career at sea, Paul worked his way up to the rank of Chief Engineer, gaining in-depth knowledge of ship operations and maintenance. In his various shoreside roles, from Superintendent through to Technical Director, he has applied this expertise to manage and improve marine operations and engineering projects.

Paul has led dozens of engineering consultancy, dry docking, decarbonisation, and energy efficiency projects for major industry players. His focus on enhancing energy efficiency and implementing sustainable practices has made a significant impact in the maritime sector.
